  • Shipping Rates (Australia-wide):

    • Orders valued between $0 – $150: Flat rate shipping applies (standard delivery).

    • Orders over $150: Free standard shipping.

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Delivery Timeframes:
    Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

  • Order Tracking:
    Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your parcel’s journey.

Exchange Policy

At Jasmine’s Closet, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    • Please note: For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns for items in white, beige, or cream colours.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

    • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
